Isogo temple's stairs

Yeah i know, i know,...i promised myslef i would never do that "running thousands of stairs" training again.

But this time my gym mates had made me an offer i couldnt turn down :

As soon the training over, we would go straight to the swimming pool for the whole afternoon!!

It makes even more sense when the meteo is 30 degrees and 80% of humidity.

Yes thats the face of people happy to head for the swimming pool :)

Unfortunatly, it was forbiden to take pictures at Negishi's swimming pool (one of the many measure to limit pervert behavior in public place)

THe afternoon there was just great, not that busy, huge pool in shape of 2 circles.

Lots of fun and laugh, specially an epic water gun fight against a team......of 6 y.o childrens.

Yes we are real warriors, taking every challenges ;)

Obon is the time in summer when people get hollidays (just few days) and go visit their hometown.

Then they usually bring back some omiyage (present) to friends.

Thanks to Endo and Masuda, i get delicious typicall food from their hometown.

Glad diet time hasnt come yet :)

Trusting gym!!

This last sunday i follow my Bro's to their kickboxing gym, the TRUSTING GYM!!

Its a gym located in Nakano-shimbashi owned by Mister Nishida.

Nishida was, not so long ago, the heavy weight champion of AJKF.

There is always a good mood at the gym,

but training is still thought!!

About Nishida san, he used to live in USA for few years, and was a student of fairtex gym in san francisco.

I will try to upload some of his fight soon, very impressive to watch a heavy weight like him throwing such devastating middle kicks.

If you pass by Nakano-shimbashi, dont hesitate to visit his gym.

NARRUEPOL FAIRTEX!!!

Yeah its on and official, next sunday 13th september, at diffa ariake tokyo, M-1 event, my next fight is up!

Im gonna face the world famous Naruepol Fairtex.

His record is about 219 fights for 171 wins.

Achievements :

Lumpini Welter champion in 1999 (against chokdee Por Pramuk)

And champion of thailand in 2001.

He fought recently a lot in europe at 70kg, under rules with no elbow and clinch.

But im gonna take him at his best weight of welter weight, and full muay thai rules (elbows and clinch ok).

Actually to tell you the truth, i am myself a HUGE fan of him.

So when the offer arrived to me i didnt hesitated to accept the defi.

Now, as a mark of my respect, im gonna give everything to make it a hard fight.

As you can see, he is a real technician, with a very tight guard and a long reach.

Kamakura beach!!

With all these hard training, taking a day off t the beach wasnt steal.

We went to YUGIHAMA beach spend a whole sunny day (kind of rare this summer).

On the spot 2 surprise.

One, the beach wasnt that crowded,

Also ,probably because of the typhoon 2days before, there was some unusual BIG wave to fight with :)
