I felt a little bit tense in the morning, but afternoon training was much better.
Start to get my body reflex back since the jetlag did put me into sleep mode a little.
But yeah from now on its getting better and better.
Also there was people from their gym training, actually i have to say they do that pretty seriously. I saw a guy run until a paper basket to throw up is lunch such he was pushed hard...yepp
